Plant Details

7.5MW 50 tons/hr Palm Oil Waste Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Fired Power Plant and 16 metric tonnes/hr extracted steam at 14 bar.

Plant Objective

To generate 6.0MW nett Electricity output using Palm oil waste and simultaneously to supply steam at 14 barg for a flow volume of 16 metric tonnes per hour to refinery.

Requirements

Sahabat Kernel Crushing Plant (SKCP): 2,400 kW
Sahabat Oil Product (SOP): 1,800 kW
Domestic: 1,500 kW
Buffer: 300 kW
Power For Production: 1,500 kW
Power Required: 7,500 kW
